All players must have a copy of their physical form signed by doctor (get the SHS one from front office) and a signed blue card (by parent) to try-out. If it is left in the nurses office we will not have access to them, so a copy MUST be brought to try-outs. Those that have a stamped blue card are OK to go. However if your physical is lost a copy saved by you will alleviate any problems. Please have copies of all your paper work.
We are telling you this From Experience.
NO ONE will be allowed to try-out with out these.
Try-outs will be held in the SHS Gym, enter in back near softball field.
